PRIVACY

In all of the senses of article 13 from the legislative decree of 30th June 2003, N° 196 (containing the “Code for the processing of personal information”) one learns that the processing of personal details as well as sensitive data, is conducted in order to send informative/advertising materials concerning the products and services provided including the accounting and fiscal services as well as in order to inform, promote and advertise products and services, including via e-mail.

• The processing will occur through Forman Srl, whose headquarters are located at Via degli Olmi, Zona industriale, Santa Maria del Cedro, Consenza (CS), Calabria, with the use of procedures, which are digitised, in such a way and within the limits of what is necessary to continue to the aforementioned end.

• The details can be communicated to social security and aid agencies, financial and accounting offices etc as well as, on the authorised subject in question, sending communications also via data transmission.

• Employees and contributors can have knowledge of personal details through the processing with Forman Srl Firm in its position as head of processing and as those charged with carrying it out.

• The ordinance of such details is optional, but the lack of indication does not allow us to keep up to date on the initiatives of the holder of the processing rights.

• The rights of those affected are recognised in article 7 of the Code of Privacy and, in particular, the right to access their own personal details, to ask for the adjustment, updating or the cancellation of them if they are incomplete, erroneous or obtained unlawfully, as well as opposing their processing for legitimate reasons, directing requests to Forman Srl in the person of the Legal Representative, the Holder of the details and Mr Ernesto Tripicchio, head of the processing of details at Forman Srl.
